Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certioarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 2nd Respondent pertaining to the impugned panel, Na.Ka.No.G2/20129/2020 dated 15.10.2020 and quash the same and consequently to prepare new panel as due process of law, contemplated the Tamilnadu Government Servants (condition of Service) Act, 2016. 1/4
