Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he does not have any instructions from his client, whereas the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as per his instruction, the tenant has vacated the property and the respondent had since sold the property to third parties.
2. Inasmuch as the petitioner counsel does not have any instructions in the matter, this Court is constrained to dismiss the C.R.P. 3.This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No Costs.
