ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Allegations are being made through this Public Interest Litigation that the fourth respondent, who was ordered contract of capturing cows from the street and dropping them at Goshola, is illegally diverting the animals by selling them to third parties.

2. The complaint may be enquired into by respondent No.2 and depending upon the enquiry, appropriate action, if necessary, may be taken.
