PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in D.O.No.83/2023-C2 passed by the second respondent on 20.09.2023, set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Parimala, wife of Sankar aged 43 years, who is now detained in Special Prison for Women, Vellore before this Court and set her at liberty.
