This is a petition to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decretal order dated 29.11.2016 in R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller), Ambur.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the original order i.e., a certified copy in question had already been filed before the Rent Control Appellate Authority and thereafter, the present revision since has been filed against the order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, the petitioner is not able to produce the original certified copy of the RCOP order passed by the original authority.

3.In view of the same, the petition is ordered and accordingly, it is dispensed with.
