The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.262 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(b), 25 & 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, and he had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.08.2023.

2. It is stated that the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 5 grams of Methamphetamine and they were also moving around in a two-wheeler bearing Regn.No.TN-05-CM-4662.

3. It is stated that from the petitioner, the said contraband was seized and it is a commercial quantity.

4. It is stated that other accused are still in jail and from all the three accused together totally 35 grams of Methamphetamine, 17 grams of Pseudoephedrine, 900 grams of Menthol had also been seized from the house of the 1st accused.
