C O M M O N O R D E R Heard Mr.S.Thagavel, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.V.Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel accepting for the respondents and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner in these Writ Petition seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to consider their representations dated 19.08.2015 & 07.12.2015, which have been received by the office of the fourth respondent on 03.02.2016 & 16.02.2016 respectively, as could be seen from the Postal Acknowledgment Cards.

3.In the said representations, the petitioner has raised certain objections against the demand for damages. 4.In the light of the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.08.2015 & 07.12.2015 and after an affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the authorised representative of the petitioner, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
