Petitioner made a representation on 11.11.2014 to the third respondent alleging that the patta has been wrongly granted in favour of the fourth respondent. Now seeking to dispose of the said representation, which can be termed as an appeal, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
