The petitioner herein has given a representation to the police alleging that her in-laws are preventing her from ruining the gas agency which stand in her name and also refusing to give the custody of her son. 2.On reading the complaint, prima facie appears to be a dispute between the in-laws and the same to be sorted out in the legal proceedings and not by the police station. However, it is now stated by the learned Government Advocate that the representation has been registered in CSR No.663 of 2023 and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action will be taken.
3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 16.10.2023 Index : Yes/No ssr
