(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue by name S.Theshetha, aged about 15 years and 10 months, to direct the 3rd respondent Police to produce the detenue before this Court from the illegal custody of the 4th respondent and hand over to the petitioner. 2.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the detenue is a minor and now, she has been handed over to the petitioner. It is also reported that the persons who were responsible for the detention of the girl have been prosecuted under POCSO Act and Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (S.S.S.R., J.)
