C.M.P.No.20781 of 2022 C.M.P.No.20781 of 2022 in S.A.(SR).No.60230 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1205 days in representing the papers, which were returned on 30.08.2019.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the pleading set were not legible and fresh records were sought from the Counsel in the Trial Court. Thereafter, due to Covid-19 pandemic, he could not contact the counsel to represent the papers. In view of all these reasons, there has been a delay of 1205 days in representation.

3. In view of the reasons stated and on hearing the learned counsel, the delay is condoned.

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

5. The Registry to proceed with numbering S.A.(SR).No.60230 of 2019, if it is otherwise in order.
