police which was registered in FIR No.377 of 2025 under the caption 'man missing', she has filed this habeas corpus petition. 2.Even before the habeas corpus petition came to be listed before us for admission, the petitioner's grandson had sent a letter to the respondent police, stating that he has gone to New Delhi to pursue his academic and legal work and that he would return after completing the same. The petitioner has also given a letter to the respondent police touching upon this aspect and stated that her grandson is right now in Delhi, who had contacted her over phone. Thus the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition does not require consideration. 3.Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
