When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that O.S.No.318 of 2013 has been disposed of and nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition and hence, the prayer that has been sought for has become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
