This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant leave to permit the petitioner to file the recall petition in W.P.No.1074 of 2015 on the file of this Court.

2. The subject matter of W.P.No.1074 of 2015 is to call for the records and order of the second respondent dated 02.09.2014 in R.P.No.24 of 2013 confirming the proceedings of the the third respondent in M.R.I.191S/17-70/A2 dated 23.11.2012 and quash the same and directing the respondent to exclude the lands in S.F.No.552 ( Old No.514/5 ) of Chitravuthan Palayam Village, Dharapuram Taluk from the proceedings under T.N.Land reforms ( Fixation of Ceiling of Lands) Act, 1961 as amended under T.N.Act, 17/70. This Court by an order dated 29.03.2022 disposed of the petition by granting the relief sought for by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above the 4th respondent is directed to provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the other interested parties in terms of the order passed by the Commissioner on 02.09.2014.

4. In view of the above clarification, there is no reason to recall the order passed in W.P.No.1074 of 2015. Hence, this writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
