JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the appellant; Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3; and, Mr.S.Gajapathi Krishnan, learned counsel for respondent No.4.

2. An undertaking is filed by the appellant that his children, namely Fathima Busra and Murshida Busra, are studying XI standard in the fourth respondent school. They may be allowed to pursue their

studies for this academic year in the fourth respondent school and in the next academic year (XII standard), the appellant will withdraw his children from the fourth respondent school and admit them in some other school.

3. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent, on instructions from the fourth respondent, agrees to the same.

4. We accept the undertaking of the appellant that in the next academic year, the appellant would withdraw his children from the fourth respondent school for admission to some other school.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the writ appeal stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.23291 and 23292 of 2023 are closed.
