The plaintiff filed a suit for declaration in O.S.No.97 of 2019 before the trial court and the defendant also contested the suit. The case is riped for trial long back, but the trial court adjourning the matter from the year of 2020 onwards.

2. As the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking for a direction to speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. E-court status perused. On perusal of records as well as e-court status, it reveals that the trial is pending without any progress though the case was posted for trial and an application in I.A.No. 140 of 2019 filed for cross-examination of P.W.1 is also adjourned for several hearings. Hence, the trial judge is directed to consider the application on merit as per manner known to law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and proceed with the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
