O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks direction against the Election Commission of India for conduct of fair election which is yet to be announced. No Election Code has come into force as yet. The Election Commission of India is the competent body to look into all these aspects and to control any violations which may occur. It is for the petitioner to approach the Election Commission of India in this behalf, which would naturally take all precautions when the elections are held. We are, thus, not inclined to entertain this petition.
