This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the second respondent in W.P.No.27809 of 2023 and pass orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are interested party to this writ petition and they have to be heard. He further submits that the writ petitioner and others who belongs to the Vadakali sect have been strenuously attempting to prevent the Thenkalais from performing their centuries old rights in the temple. Hence prays to allow this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioners objected to allow this impleading petition and they have filed their counter wherein they have stated that the petitioners are neither necessary nor proper parties to the writ petition and impleading them would necessarily diver to writ petition to a different tangent. 1/4

4. Heard both sides.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. The impleaded party are to be arrayed as per the writ miscellaneous petition number, petitioner is respondent No.2.

6.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition and list the matter on 18.07.2024.
