O R D E R

The petitioner herein was granted bail by the Special Additional Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB Cases, Chennai unable to produce 1/4

blood surety, which is one of the conditions imposed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that instead of blood surety, the wife of the petitioner is ready to stand as surety.

3. Taking note of the fact that the marital relationship, the second condition of the trial Court shall be modified as below: " The petitioner shall produce two sureties for like each to value of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Additional Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB Cases, Chennai, one of the sureties should be his wife" .

All other conditions remains intact.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
