ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 324(4), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 r/w 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST ( Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989 in Crime No. 566 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that civil dispute has been given a criminal colour and the special Act meant for SC/ST have been invoked with malafide intention. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Without adverting to the merits of the case, considering the embargo under statute under Section 15A of the Act, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed with liberty to the petitionerd herein to surrender before the Trial Court and seek for bail.
