This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 19308 of 2023, by an order dated 23.8.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders,

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 am., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
