This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to be released on bail on executing a bond for sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (Out of which, one surety shall be from the native District of the petitioner), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Salem.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (one of the surety must be either mother or father of the petitioner) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Salem.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
