C.M.P.No.22340 of 2019 in C.M.A.SR.No.128472 of 2019 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

A claim petition was filed before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Court of Small Causes), Chennai, in MCOP No.4682 of 2012 seeking compensation, by the parents of one Suseenthiran, who died in a road accident that took place on 12.07.2012 and by order dated 22.04.2015, compensation was also awarded by the Tribunal, against which the above appeal has been preferred.

2.Subsequently the father of the deceased-Suseenthiran also died on 29.12.2016. Hence this petition has been filed seeking to implead the legal heirs.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
