ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the 3rd defendant in the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2019 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai, which was filed by the respondents/plaintiffs 1 to 5 for the relief of partition and separate possession against the defendants 1 to 3.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the the 1st plaintiff, who is aged abut 75 years filed a suit in the year of 2019. Even after filing the written statement, trial was not begin and so far, there is no progress in the trial. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the 1st plaintiff is aged about 75 years old senior citizen and the suit is pending from the year of 2019, but as on date, issues not framed and so far there is no progress in the trial, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to 2/4

commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since because most of the parties are senior citizens. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
