This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 301 days in filing the application to set aside the Ex-parte decree in C.S.No.471 of 2013 dated 17.08.2016.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent has opposed for condoning the delay by filing the counter affidavit.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, this Application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
