ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the cancellation of the sale deed dated 16.03.1989 registered as document No.1039 of 1989, executed in favour of 5th respondent on the file of the 2nd respondent/District Registrar, Chennai. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court to seek redress for his grievance.

3.In the light of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel Vs. Inspector General of Registration Reported in (2024) 4 CTC 769, the relief cannot be sustained. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
