ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2015, within a time frame.

2. Mr.K.Ramu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a representation dated 26.06.2015 to the respondents, they have not considered the said representation sofar.

3. Mr.B.Nedunzhiyan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
