Crl.M.P.No.17195 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17195 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24918 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners on their release from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24918 of 2022 by order dated 14.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24918 of 2022 by an order dated 14.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
