ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No. 246 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family court, Tirupur and transfer the same to

Family court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living with aged mother in Coimbatore, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence the Family Court, Tirupur is directed to transfer the HMOP No. 246 of 2023 to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

4. In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
