The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2016 and thereby direct the respondents to transfer the allotment of land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situated in Plot No.5, Survey Nos.54/Part, 55/Part, Mugappair Village, Behind Calcutta Chemicals, Mugappair, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 058 which was originally allotted in the name of M/s.United Industries rep by sole proprietor Late R.Mahalingam, who is the father of the petitioner and the same may be transferred and issue the Sale Deed in the name of M/s.United Industries Plastic (P) Ltd., immediately without any further delay.

2.The petitioner has stated that inspite of their representation dated 15.02.2016, the respondents have not considered the same yet.

3.Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
