ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct a fair and full-fledged enquiry based on the petitioner's Representation dated 30.10.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that, petitioner's father Late P.K.Selvakesavarayan was the original owner of properties comprised in Old Survey No.112/88, New Survey No.238/21 measuring an extent of 8.50 Ares; Old Survey No.112/99, New Survey Nos.237/36 & 237/37 measuring an extent of 1.50 Ares and Old Survey No.112/127A3, New Survey No.238/25 measuring an extent of 2,378 Sq.ft, situated at Periyapalayam Village, Thiruvallur District. The petitioner's father died on 14.06.1974 leaving behind his three children viz., B.Saraswathy, P.S.Ponnambalam and P.S.Deenadayalan (petitioner) as his legal heirs to succeed his estate. After the demise of petitioner's father, his 2/5
legal heirs have been in possession and enjoyment of the said properties. While so, petitioner came to that patta issued for the properties in Old Survey No.112/88, New Survey No.238/21 and Old Survey No.112/99, New Survey Nos.237/36 & 237/37, stands in the name of one Mr.Balu Mudaliar S/o. Muthu Mudaliar vide Patta No.213. Hence, the petitioner submitted a Representation dated 30.10.2023 before the 3rd respondent, seeking rectification of wrong entries made in the Revenue Records during Updation of Registry (UDR). However, till date, 3rd respondent has not conducted any enquiry on the petitioner's Representation dated 30.10.2023. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that 3rd respondent would conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's Representation dated 30.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. The submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's Representation dated 30.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, Mr.Balu Mudaliar (3rd party) and all other interested parties including rival claimants, if any, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
