Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to sanction the loan amount of Rs.64,000/- to the petitioner towards the fees which is required by the 4th respondent's bonafide Certificate dated 23.06.2014.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to sanction the loan amount of Rs.64,000/- to the petitioner towards the fees which is required by the fourth respondent's Bonafide Certificate dated 23.06.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondents. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the loan application and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
