ORDER

The petitioner, C.Sakthi Arawinth, has come to this Court, seeking a direction to the second respondent to send interview letter to the petitioner for the post of Junior Technical Assistant in continuation of written examination conducted on 27.01.2016, as per letter sent to the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.18131/2013/B1, dated 07.01.2016.

2.Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents, would submit that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed, since the selection process has come to an end and resultantly the selection committee has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appointed the four persons namely S.Jeevanantham, R.Hariharan, K.Senthilkumar and K.Gurumoorthi. Therefore, the petitioner has to challenge only, if he aggrieved by the subsequent orders. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2016 and pass a detailed order, mentioning the marks secured by the petitioner in the written examination and the marks secured by the last candidate, who was also participated in the written examination, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
