ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On our query, the petitioner cannot say that he is either the owner, the tenant, the licensee or has any patta issued in his favour. There is, thus, no reason why we should interfere in favour of the petitioner when he perceived a threat of eviction.

2. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.7087 of 2016 is closed.
