The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station, daily at 10.30 am, for a period of three months thereafter, as and when required for interrogation made in Crl.O.P.No.18675 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m. for a period of two months.
