In pursuant to the registered sale deeds of the year 20142015, the petitioner sought for sub-division followed by patta by way of representation dated 27.05.2015, which was followed by reminder dated 18.11.2015. As they are yet to be considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2015 and her reminder dated 18.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent.
