This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 164 days in representing the application in CMP.SR.No.8612 of 2022 in CMP.No.3499 of 2021 in S.A.SR.No.13904 of 2021.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order.
