Since a writ appeal has been filed as against the order dated 09.10.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 14192 of 2015 and the same is pending, it is appropriate to close the present contempt petition. 2.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to renew the same depending upon the result of the writ appeal. No costs.
