This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR filed in Crime No.321 of 2017, dated 31.05.2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kumarapalayam Police Station, Namakkal and quash the same.

3. It is seen that the FIR was registered on 31.05.2017 and more than two years period is also completed and therefore, nothing survives in the FIR as on date.

4. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
