O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey her property situated in S.No.79/4 at Melnemili Village, Melmalaiyanur Taluk, by considering her online application dated 16.08.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the property situated in S.No.79/4 at Melnemili Village, Melmalaiyanur Taluk, Villupuram District, was settled by the petitioner husband's father in favour of the petitioner's husband by registered settlement deed dated 22.07.2021. After the death of petitioner's husband, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the property. She submitted online application seeking survey of the petitioner's property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 16.08.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
