2. The complaint indicates that the victim girl was abducted from 2/5

the college campus and taken to a private lodge for the commission of sexual offence.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.It is seen that the statement of the girl would clearly indicates the role of the petitioner herein in the crime. Since the investigation is yet to be completed and the antecedents of the petitioner are not impressive, the Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed.
