This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking relief to quash the FIR registered in Crime No. 454 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent as illegal.

Heard Mr.V.M.Venkararamana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. 3.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself admitted that in respect of the petition mentioned crime No.454 of 2018, the first respondent police completed investigation and file final reports as "Further action dropped".

Hence, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survive for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
