In this regard, he referred to the said Memo of Compromise which is available on record. On considering the 2/4
submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent and upon examining the Memo of Compromise dated 17.10.2019, it is clear that the disputes relating to both O.P.Nos.700 of 2017 and 134 of 2018 have been fully settled as per the terms of the said Memo of Compromise, which is signed by all the parties to the litigation.
