This application has been filed to issue suitable direction to V.Vijayalakshmi W/o.M.Vishnupathi and her men, agents to stop the construction in the suit property consequently order demolition of illegal and unauthorised construction in the suit property.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the reply statement has been filed today.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the applicants.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Post the main suit on 14.02.2024.
