This application is filed for seeking permission to amend the plaint, consequent to allowing the application in Application No.3425 of 2017 in the suit.

2. Application No.3425 of 2017 was filed to amend the cause title in the plaint by substituting Mr.W.S.Mohan as new Secretary of the respondent and the same was allowed on 30.06.2017.

3. This application is only a consequential amendment application. Therefore, the respondents cannot have any objection for allowing this application.

4. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

5. Plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment and file amended plaint.
