This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 10.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10872 of 2023 to report before the respondent police, twice a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in every two weeks (i.e.,) Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
