ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No. 539 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent police for the offences under Sections 143, 188, 341, 285 r/w Sect.7(1)(a) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No. 316 of 2017 and submitted its before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore District, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein has become infructuous and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
