O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 20.01.2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that on account of the pendency of criminal case the annual increments have not paid to the writ petitioner. However, the criminal case was dropped on the ground that the same was registered on mistaken facts. Thus the writ petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 20th January 2016 to grant increments for which he is eligible as per the rules.

3.In view of the facts, without going into the merits of the case on hand, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 20.01.2016 submitted by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
