PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records in Crime No. 237 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Naduveerapattu Police Station, Cuddalore District and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned to secure the ends of justice.

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.237 of 2017, on the file of the Station House Officer, Naduveerapattu Police Station, Cuddalore District, for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 353 of IPC and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in STC.No.350 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore District.
