The petitioner herein alleging that in a landlord tenant dispute who was called by the police and subjected to harassment.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by one Kavitha, CSR.No.302 of 2024 was registered and after enquiring the parties, the complaint has been closed.

3. In the light of the fact that no complaint or petition pending against this petitioner. The averments that the police is harassing the petitioner is not sustainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
